Breakfast: McDonalds big breakfast of
  • scrambled eggs
  • sausage
  • biscuit with grape jelly
  • 3 pancakes
  • coffee

Snack: more coffee and enuf extra dark chocolate to give myself a migraine

Lunch: a scrimp and noodle mix and a small amount off aspargius and cold water

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and cold water

U1V0 AM 130 PM 119  This is the second time lately that my evening score was somewhat less than my morning score. This is purely weird and I truly don't understand blood sugar!

Breakfast:

Lunch: at the DCCC for chicken, french fries, desert and glass of "Diet Pepsi"

Snack: piece of dark chocolate

Dinner:  at the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant for:
  • salad
  • small cup of potatoe soup
  • rib eye steak
  • garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy
  • part of a chocolate chip cookie bought separately
  • iced wager

A gin-n-tonic before going to bed.

I slept very badly and had an  AM score of 130 the next morning. This was very bad...
