Boot Hill Time CapsuleBoot Hill Time Capsule
This is the Boot Hill Time Capsule.
In 1972, the Boot Hill Museum filled a burial vault with various items and buried the vault in the "parade ground" of the Museum. This Timer Capsule was opened this morning.
There was some shock when it was discovered the vault had filled with rain water, melted snow and lawn irrigation water over the 46 years between vault planing and vault removal.
Some items being fished out.
The sad job of reporting how the contents look.
In the first two video, two maintenance workers are drilling drainage holes at the base of the vault.
